2. Accounts

Users create accounts via email/password or Google Sign In and are responsible for all activity under their account.

3. Who May Use

Crow may be used by individuals and businesses.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Crow offers free and paid subscription tiers, including trials and refunds as applicable.

5. User Content

Users retain ownership of their content. Crow may process and store it to provide the service.

6. Acceptable Use

Users may not misuse, abuse, or reverse engineer the service.

7. Termination

Users may delete accounts at any time. Crow may suspend for abuse.

8. IP

Crow owns its software and platform.

9. No Professional Advice

Crow provides software only.

10. Availability

Service is provided as-is.

11. Liability

Crow liability is limited to fees paid in last 12 months.

12. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify Crow.

13. Governing Law

Delaware.

14. Changes

Terms may be updated.
