Crow is operated by Crow Inc., a Delaware corporation in the United States.

We collect name, email, and password for account creation. We collect usage logs such as chat traces and app activity which users can opt out of. We store uploaded documents such as PDFs and Word files. We do not collect IP addresses.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the service, process files, improve quality, provide support, and prevent abuse.

4. AI Processing

Crow uses OpenAI and Anthropic to process user content.

5. Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store card data.

6. Data Sharing

We share data only with AWS, OpenAI, Anthropic, Stripe, Google Sign In, and PostHog to operate the service.

7. Data Retention

We store data until users delete it or close their accounts.

8. Your Rights

Users in California and the EU may request access, correction, deletion, or export of their data.

9. Security

Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Employee access is restricted.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated.
